Led by veteran instructor Violet Zaki, this interval program burns fat and builds lean muscle by alternating cardio with toning.
The workout has two different 21 to 23-minute segments — you can play them separately, or in sequence for a more intense calorie burner. The first segment features short intervals and targeted body sculpting. The second section emphasizes longer intervals and multi-muscle-group toning (e.g. a lower-body dead lift combined with an upper-body hammer curl).
All the cardio blasts are high-intensity and high-impact (but you also get low-impact options).
This DVD comes with a 16-page Cooking Light recipe book.
