Certified instructor description:

A sexy, fun fat-burner that feels like you're actually dancing, not “working out.” Jennifer Galardi's friendly, clear cuing makes it both effective and easy to follow (the DVD also has an 18-minute, step-by-step tutorial). You get three different hip hop dance segments. The first features lots of chest pops, stomps, throws and rhythm changes. The second focuses on adding your own style with some new moves. The third section — “smooth it out” — is slower paced with some standing corework isolations. “Light” hip hop instrumental music. ©2010.
