Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Toning Emphasis: Total Body
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.
Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.
Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.
Total body: Tones all three of the above muscle groups.

Unbarred is the third video in the Tendu Toning series. Tendu Toning is a REVOLUTIONARY WORKOUT that combines the toning and flexibility of ballet with the strength and endurance of weight training. After retiring from being a professional ballerina, I wanted a way to maintain my long, lean body, but I also wanted to help others like you ACHIEVE A BALLET BODY without spending years in ballet training. Therefore, I created my first video in the Tendu Toning series, Where Ballet Meets Fitness, and my second video, Ballerina Strong, using my innovative ballet technique which pairs simple ballet steps with weights, resistance, and increased repetitions to maximize results in a short amount of time. In this new video, Unbarred, I am breaking away from the barre, the weights and the traditional format and focusing more on CARDIO, BALANCE AND STABILITY, AND CIRCUIT TRAINING while still keeping the concept of Tendu Toning with the FUSION OF BALLET AND FITNESS. Additionally, this video will challenge those of you familiar with the first two videos and the traditional format ready to achieve net fitness levels, but it's also full of modifications for those of you joining me for the first time or anyone with injuries. So grab your mat and get ready for a beautiful view and a WHOLE NEW TWIST TO TENDU TONING!
