Expect Holiday Shipping Delays

Dear Collage Video Customers,

This announcement is to notify our customers that due to high volume in online holiday shopping, shippers (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.) are experiencing temporary delays.

To ensure your DVDs are delivered in time, please place your holiday and gift orders as soon as possible.

For your convenience, if you’re shipping gifts, for Hanukah, Kwanza, Christmas, or other holiday traditions, find the recommended deadlines in the following tables.

Inclement Weather Closure

Dear Customers,

Collage Video's Customer Service phone and e-mail will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 9th due to severe snow conditions across the East Coast. Order processing and  shipping operations will also be suspended until Friday, Feb. 10th.

All orders will begin processing on Friday, and will ship by Monday, Feb 13th latest.

NEW Priority Shipping Rates

Dear Collage Video Customers,

Due to a recent increase in commercial shipping rates implemented by the United States Postal Service (USPS) for Priority Mail package service, we have modified and simplified our Domestic shipping rates and policies. These new rates are effective 01/16/2017.

For orders to USA addresses, all Priority Mail orders (up to 8 DVDs) will now ship for $7.49.

Columbus Day Shipping

Just a quick note to remind you that the US Postal Service is closed on Monday, October 13, so no shipments will be going out that day.
