Question: I'm trying to diet and I have such a hard time with it. Any suggestions?

Answer:

 If you reverse the letters in DIET you get EDIT. That's what you want. Edit what you eat towards healthier food choices. This is much better than a restricted plan. That is what my Eat Right Now Plan was designed to help you with.
