I Don't Have Time To Workout

I hear this often! People say that they simply don't have the time to exercise.

It boils down to priorities. No matter how busy you are you can always find a few minutes for a short daily exercise regimen. Even 10 minutes a day for starters is better than nothing at all. Think of your workout as though it was your personal savings account. Put a little change into it every day and, before you know it, you will have a fist full of dollars!
